Kauai beaches are some of the most beautiful in Hawaii. My family has been to so many over the past 25 years, but these are the best Kauai beaches for families and some of my personal favorites. It’s always a good idea to swim at Lifeguarded Beaches like Haena, Hanalei, Kealia, Lydgate, Poipu, Salt Pond, and Kekaha.
