Verizon can make calls but not receive

VoLTE needs to remain turned on. If it is turned off, the phone will try to make calls over the now shutdown CDMA network. They don't necessarily need to keep Wifi calling on if they have good cellular service at home, but VoLTE for sure needs to remain on.
