Interesting that the passive actually goes on cooldown - is there an actual indicator showing this?. I would think it's like an A1 that occurs every turn and doesn't have a true cooldown. He was never supposed to make the CB’s bar full of poisons and keep them up all the time. Frozen Banshee now outperforms him in both poison damage with poison sensitivity.
