In my 57 years of my GOD Blessed life (having both FireHouse and Jersey Mikes) coming from where I'm from--this is THE BEST in 30...of those years. Period. Not salty, not fancied up with seasonings that DO NOT belong on a Philly Steak--meat is moist, mushrooms are not rubbery (typical of most that use jarred mushrooms which lazy and tragic).
