Kimber micro 380 problems

All 3 magazines I measured are Kimber factory mags. I really believe this is a 3 part problem and likely unless Kimber addresses the first, the others will resurface. Issue #1 - The gun frame at the magazine well measures 0.4093" and must be slightly larger than the magazine to allow proper feed and drop when released.
