It was the day of the inauguration this was the only nice hotel with open rooms. It is very well located closed to the university and to the attractions if this is what you are looking for. Hotel Hive is a terrific DC hotel - especially if you’re cool with the more modern hotels. The rooms are probably not as big as what you may be accustomed to but they are clean and the location is terrific (especially if you’re trying to be near GWU).
