Obituary. Faye “Toot” L. Taylor, 87 of Dallastown, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at UPMC Memorial. Ms. Taylor was born in Dallastown on June 18, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Kathryn (Livingston) Taylor. Faye was 1954 graduate of Dallastown High School.
